Any person found to be in breach of Section 21, Firearms Act 1968 will be refused service and removed from site, Police may be contacted and the person may be subject to prosecution.

Any person found to have been in breach after session date will still be bound by FA 1968 and will still be subject to prosecution

Section 21, Firearms Act 1968 covers issues concerning:- 

• criminal records

• illegal activities

• acts of violent crime

• acts of terrorism

• links to extremist organisations/foreign organisations or agencies

On completion of this waiver you are agreeing to compliance with FA1968 and consenting to any relevant background checks
